Após ter pedido orçamento para a scoters da minha filha com a direção um pouco empenada e me terem dado um orçamento quase no da scooter ( 330 EUR + IVA) e a única coisa nova que levava era o oleo da suspensão... Após ter recusado o orçamento tiveram a coragem de me pedir 5 horas de trabalho ( 125 € + iva) onde dizia num papel afixado que orçamentos era 25€... Após reclamação paguei o valor afixado e trouxe a scooter pior do que entrou pra lá!!! Falta de profissionalismo já pra não dizer outra coisa... Conclusão fui a uma outra oficina que fica nas proximidades e paguei 90€ após me terem dado orçamento sem tocar na scooter Never to return ... After asking for a quote for my daughter's scoters with the steering a little compromised and having given me a budget almost the same as the scooter (330 EUR + VAT) and the only new thing I was taking was the suspension oil ... After having refused the budget, they had the courage to ask me for 5 hours of work (125 € + VAT) where they said on a posted paper that budgets were 25 € ... After claiming, I paid the amount posted and I brought the scooter worse than it got there !!! Lack of professionalism to say the least ... Conclusion I went to another workshop that is nearby and paid 90 € after they gave me a quote without touching the scooter

Tenho feito lá as revisões e nada a apontar ? Para os amantes das motas é uma loja a visitar! Tem um pouco de tudo, desde motas para varios gostos, roupa, capacetes, extras etc Recomendo vivamente I just have to say it well! I bought my motorcycle there (honda Cb650f) and I'm super satisfied! Spectacular after-sales service too! I have done the reviews there and nothing to point out ? For motorcycle lovers it is a store to visit! It has a little bit of everything, from bikes for different tastes, clothes, helmets, extras etc. I strongly recommend

Sei que estamos numa altura difícil e eu entendo isso mas senti que a minha mota foi sendo posta de lado. They are super friendly, professional and do an excellent job but I don't feel they have been honest about deadlines. I know we are in a difficult time and I understand that but I felt that my bike was being put aside.

Tiveram muita paciência para me explicar tudo ao pormenor. Ainda me fizeram um belo desconto. Agora sempre que preciso de alguma coisa vou lá e continua igualmente com um serviço impecável. Esqueci me de dizer que é a minha primeira moto e nunca tinha andado. Ainda tive umas aulas grátis. O Tiago teve paciência e ensinou muito bem.
