The location and the rooms are okay, a bit trendy. But the service is absolutely unprofessional. I received 1000 e-mails after the confirmation of the trip and before the arrival but in the end I did not book two single beds but a double bed. Arrival with door code and WhatsApp instructions. After telephone consultation the room should be ready with two single beds a few hours later. Staff (students) sat in the kitchen the next morning with their laptop, made the identification and collected the hotel tax. Unfortunately not prepared for cash payment. There was no receipt because there was no printer. So it could only be handed in the next day, the day of departure. So better book at least two days! Actually more like in a hostel. Very unprofessional.

Amazing location, the famous Tram28 stop and Intendente metro station is just around the corner as are many patry/coffee shops. Rooms were clean, breakfast was substantial- would definitely stay here again!

Nice location and easy check in and check out with codes you get via chat. Also breakfast is simple but good. And very important, rooms are clean!

Very old property, ok location, very compact room hardly a space to move, we had uninvited guest (cockroach) in our room. I would recommend take other good place at a similar price

We came to the room, found the molds and feel the horrible smell. Bathroom was awfull. The room doesn't look like on the picture! We left immediately and wrote the property. The property don't want talk with me and we never seen!

It was a good time in Lisbon. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. Loved the waffles for breakfast, thank you!!!

When we booked the photos online looked good. However when we arrived we found that the photos taken werent of the room we got. It is small (around 6m2), toilet and shower are together in a tiny 1m2 area with tinted glass walls in the room. So when your roommate is doing the necessary visit you can enjoy with your eyes, ears and nose. For the ones into that, we could also enjoy the neighbours sanitary visits (and all the other sounds). At least we hoped the room to be clean, unfortunately this wasn't the case too. For tall people, look somewhere else. A bed of 1.90m, and a room width of not more than 2.10m will not provide comfortable sleeping. Altogether, all the people writing the good reviews probably stayed in a different room. I personally wouldn't take the risk. Go somewhere else, for the same price you'll get something nicer in the centre. P.s. I should provide some photos, however due to our disappointment we forgot to take photos.

I spent there very nice few days. This guest house is good to feel a piece of Lisbon. In rooms you can find small details which give a spirit to this place. Rooms was with private bathroom. It was easy to get to center of Lisbon but also it was a good point to discover unknown Lisbon with places which you can not find in guides books.
