Tuve problemas al llegar, allí no hay nadie, más de un hora esperando en la calle, nadie cojia el teléfono, al final pude entrar gracias a una chica de la limpieza y ella misma me dio las llaves. No hay nadie a quien poder dirigir ese si surge cualquier problema. Además, imposible dormir, el ruido es horrible. No repetiría jamás.
 The room very clean and beautiful. I had problems arriving, there is no one there, more than an hour waiting in the street, nobody could take the phone, in the end I could enter thanks to a cleaning girl and she gave me the keys. There is no one to address that if any problem arises. Also, impossible to sleep, the noise is horrible. I would never repeat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo appartamento ristrutturato in punto semi centrale della città di Porto(nei paraggi della libreria Lello). Molto pulito ed ampio, macchina x il caffe con le cialde, bottiglia di vino Porto per il benvenuto! È vicino a negozi, bar, ristoranti, fermate di bus e tram. Ci sono parcheggi attorno ma tutti a pagamento. Si arriva in centro città con una bella camminata di 15 minuti
Beautiful renovated apartment in the semi-central point of the city of Porto (near the Lello bookshop). Very clean and large, coffee machine with pods, bottle of Port wine for the welcome! It is close to shops, bars, restaurants, bus and tram stops. There are parking lots around but all for a fee. You arrive in the city center with a nice 15 minute walk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OJO: cobro sorpresa de tasa de limpieza (36€) que no figuraba en nuestro bono. La empleada, que fue muy desagradable y borde con nosotros, nos exigió a la llegada que le pagásemos los 36€, en aquel momento, con prisas, y sin figurar en ninguna factura ni en el bono, y sin querer darnos un recibo en caso de abonarlo.
A propósito de esto, la limpieza le daríamos un 0. No se podía caminar descalzo por el apartamento, ya que terminabas con los pies negros.
La ubicación un 10, pero mucho ruído por las noches debido locales de ocio.
Experiencia para no repetir.
NOTE: surprise collection of cleaning fee (€ 36) that was not included in our voucher. The employee, who was very unpleasant and borderline with us, demanded that upon arrival we pay her € 36, at that time, in a hurry, and without appearing on any invoice or on the voucher, and without wanting to give us a receipt in case to pay it.
Regarding this, the housekeeping would give it a 0. You couldn't walk around the apartment barefoot, as you ended up with black feet.
The location a 10, but a lot of noise at night due to entertainment venues.
Experience not to repeat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El piso esta bien ubicado para llegar a pie a todo solo eso tiene de bueno. La limpieza deja de desear, me pusieron unas sabanas manchadas de sangre, el mantenimiento tambien deja de desear hay enchufes colgando, los paredes sucios, los desagues no van bien. Por la noche no puedes dormir por el ruido de llas discotecas que estan abajo y temprano por la manana tampoco por que pasan los operarios de limpieza para limpiar la calle.....en fin un monton de ruido y por el colmo el la escquina del edificio un monton de camellos vendiendo droga. No recomiendo este sitio para nada.
Para contactar con los duenos y hubo manera el telefono que tienen en booking no sirve.

The apartment is well located to reach everything on foot, only that is good. Cleaning stops wanting, they put bloodstained sheets on me, maintenance also stops wanting there are hanging plugs, dirty walls, drains are not going well. At night you can not sleep because of the noise of the clubs that are downstairs and early in the morning neither because the cleaning workers pass by to clean the street ..... in short, a lot of noise and to top it off the corner from the building a bunch of camels selling drugs. I do not recommend this site at all.
To contact the owners and there was a way the phone they have in booking does not work.
A MANAGEMENT DISASTER !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Réservation faite pour le 10/07/20, cause covid nous avons été obligé d'annuler notre réservation (annulation gratuite). Sans nous prévenir, l'hôtel nous a prélevé 500 €, depuis aucune nouvelles de cet établissement, ni de Booking pour obtenir le remboursement. Ce sont tout simplement des VOLEURS !
Reservation made for 07/10/20, covid cause we were forced to cancel our reservation (free cancellation). Without warning us, the hotel charged us 500 €, since no news of this establishment, nor of Booking to obtain the refund. They are simply THIEVES!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for four nights, arrival was confusing as we weren't in the apartment building pictured but a lady soon came out to instruct us. The first three nights were fine, apartment well equipped and clean. However on the last night a massive group of people came to stay above us who had a party ALL NIGHT, the ceilings are thin and the stairs very loud. They were inviting people off the street to come in at 4.55am!! I have a 12 year old and an early flight to our next destination. These selfish idiots ruined our experience here, please don't stay here if you enjoy sleep!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is great. Apartment is comfortable, clean and practical. The check in and out processes are straightforward. Mattresses are comfortable.
The only point I would make here is the noise. The windows are not soundproof, meaning that nights can be loud. Additionally, parking on the street may be tricky.
