★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and modern. Good kitchen. Very attentive staff from the Café across the street. Only minus is that the doors are historische, which means you can hear a lot of stuff from the hallway or the room next door.
Not really suitable for bike travellers (4th floor, no elevator).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The loudest place in the Lisbon! Нotel (hostel) doesn't control the behavior of the residents in any way. As the result till 03AM : music, loud laughter, doors knocking and screaming. You can only ask another residents to be hush, but usually it help for 10 minutes.
It is impossible to have good sleeping or some rest here.
I don't recommend this place to anyone. And I'm regret that I choose this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are way smaller than expected from the photo, the bed was fairly small for two people and unfortunately it was super loud because street is extremely busy also at night. It was very clean everything and the Girls are nice but unfortunately we had a very bad night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beyond disappointed. Room looks not as pictured. Toilets and showers are shared and not clean at all. Also it feels like the walls are paper. You hear every word or move of everyone. Do yourself and your money a favour and book something different.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They canceled my booking when i was almost there and paid a taxi to get there.
They say it was a booking.com problem. But i I had to waste time and money without any additional supports from guesthouse and booking.com
Awful experience. They need to manage their bloody property better and learn what the da*n is customer support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice building, easy communication, huge room, good value for money, it was little bit cold in the room (winter in Lisbon) and soundproof isolation could be little bit better. Recommended if in Lisbon, for sure would come back
