262 Boutique Hotel

I could even give less than 1 star .. horrible experience and not happy at all .. Room that I got was at 5 th floor with no lift and stairs are very steep .. not easy for all .. no phone at room .. so for everything you gotta climb up n down 5 floors .. bathroom design is horrible .. toilet is too small that it can hardly fit you inside ... overall not happy at all .. I have visited several countries .. but this is the worst hotel experience that I ever had .. strictly avoid.

Check in was very easy! Place was secure. Area is right at Pink St — the bar and party zone. Can be loud at times but manageable!

The positives are the Hotel is clean, staff is friendly. Negatives, lots of stairs and near lots of nightclubs that are noisy until 4-5 am even on weeknights. Walls are paper thin so you can hear even your neighbors. We were here Tues to Friday.

Really nice looking hotel in a very central location. We came here as a couple. Great place for hipsters and party people because of all the bars, cafes and restaurants that are right outside your door - literally. Stayed here during the weekend, and at night it got pretty loud because of ppl partying outside. The windows drown out the noise pretty well though. ALTHOUGH INSIDE it’s just as loud. We could hear ppl upstairs getting up and packing very early in the morning. We stayed in room 201 on the 2 floor. I would say to definitely bring EAR PLUGS, or boom a room on the top floor, just fyi there is no elevator. There is shampoo, body wash, hand soap, nespresso-type coffee machine in the room. Access to the building and room through password.

Paper-thin walls to the neighboring rooms (you hear EVERYTHING). Plus the street is quite loud especially on the lower floors, even tough the windows are well insulated. Staff is super friendly but all in all not recommended to stay here.

Bathroom is inside bedroom, it's a bit strange. Water from shower drop on the flor next to bed. For one night stand it's absolutely sufficient.

It's a very nice hotel on a great location. The rooms are great, and the breakfast is good. There isn't an elevator so walking up and down isn't for everybody. The walls are thin so sometimes you hear stuff you don't want to hear or just noise.

So good The location the best little expensive for the offers But a nice boutique with kind stuff and very helpful. The only thing.. they don't have bottles of water for change. But for a trip about 4-5 nights was nice.
