The first Iberian CoWork Certified Space by using materials from FSC® certified forests, promoting protection and enhancement of forests around the World.
This project is a pioneer in the world for having implemented the new version of the FSC Project Standard (FSC-STD-40-006 V2-0) , accepting the challenges of interpretation that a new reference requires, without losing the focus of promoting the importance of a informed choice of products with forest certification.
This project used materials from forests whose responsible management is FSC® certified, promoting respect for the social, environmental and economic values of the forest.
The particularity of this project is its close connection to the National Forest, using products whose origin comes mainly from species produced in Portugal and whose transformation was carried out by the Portuguese industry. These are products from forest areas and companies that have invested in valorization through FSC certification.
It is an initiative that aims to alert to the urgency of choosing products that are proven to promote active forest management! That have proven to use technical support for the introduction of good practices in order to increase the protection of populations, biodiversity and that guarantee the valorization of forestry work.
