Duilio has a great knowledge about coils, liquids and all products in general and he is a good guy for a good chat too.
Very fantastic customer service, he has also a great patience as I came back 3 times with problems as apparently I was allergic to steel and the coil was bad for me, with patience he analysed every possibility and he find out the solution for my vaping needs which was thr ceramic coil.
Problem solved, new taste of liquid found also, very happy and returning customer.
Well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good shop to buy vape mod and juice. The staff are all very friendly and helpfull. You dont need to know to speak portugese as all the staff can speak enough english to have good conversation with you. I am a regular client and usually go there because of good service and products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was given a 100 ML bottle that was not full so what is the point to buy 100 ML and pay more if the bottle is not full ? Also very easy to say that because of Covid we cannot smell the liquids ... how easy for the shop right ? No need to let the customer smell so no waste of time for them. But there is something that has no changed because of covid it is the price .. so I have absolutely no clue how my liquid will smell like but I have to pay for it directly and once I paid it is too late ? Not good customer service in my opinion. If you are scared of covid fine then keep the bottle in your hand and let me smell it from one meter I don’t mind !
