★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food, different scenery, but I enjoyed my meal nonetheless. Recommended for typical and local dishes like the "ossos carregados" (loaded bones). Meaning a stew of calf bones, loaded with the softest and tendererest meat in the region. Highly recommended.

It's great with all the typical Portuguese food, excellent execution, and great menu prices (around 12 euros with entries, plate, drinks (yes wine is included), desert and coffee). It's not fancy and it's great for that. João is a friendly guy, simple manager, and takes care of you. You won't be disappointed

The staff was super nice/friendly, helpful and diligent.
The meat was out of this world, super tender, juicy and savory. The portions are a handful of meat and a side dish. They clearly pride themselves on the quality of the meat they serve and all dishes I tried were super delicious.
1st time Here and definitely not the last. Could only snatch a pic of one of the dishes because I couldn't resist the temptation to eat them right away.
