Absolutely loved this hotel, staff couldn't be more polite and helpful. The food was amazing and portugal itself was fantastic, an amazing winter break away in Oct 2021.

Wow! What a lovely hotel In a quiet, yet easily accessible little village. From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel Is spotlessly clean, very well organised to cope in the current climate of covid. There are sanitising areas all over the hotel & face masks are worn by all indoors. The food is good and plenty to choose from at each serving. I liked how there were relatively small dishes laid out so that fresh food was bring brought out frequently. Again, there are staff situated at every station ensuring masks are worn and your hands are sanitised. All the staff in the restaurant were very polite and helpful, always a smile . The tables and chairs cleaned before you are seated & continuously cleaning and clearing away empty plates throughout. The pool was great. My 2 sons aged 9 & 12 really enjoyed the waterpark. It was a nice break from the pool to go and have fun on the slides. The sports court was a brilliant bonus, with 2 football mad boys this was a great facility for them to use when it was cooler in the evening. The entertainment team work hard and aim to please. Although we didn't spend a great deal of time with them you can see how much joy they bring to the little ones & the adults too, to be fair! The rooms are very spacious, as a family of 4 we had more than enough room. Both rooms had TV, the beds were good and the balconies very big too. The location is fantastic, there are numerous lovely beaches close by, a few within walking distance. Old Town is 10 minutes away by car/taxi and Vilamoura marina approximately 15-20 minutes away. I really would hire a car as there are so many places to visit! If you are reading this review- book your holiday ! You won't be disappointed. Even in the times we are in , we all felt safe & had fun! It was a much needed holiday after the past 18 months of restrictions & was well worth all the covid tests and forms to get here. Portugal has lots to offer , the Portuguese people are so lovely. Go & visit!

Staff was very nice. Always helpful. On booking and google i saw a lot of praise for the food. Maybe because it was corona, but the food was a bit of a disappointment. The fish and meat was often dry. Flavor was mediocre. Last thing, there are 3 separate pools. 1 deep pull. 1 small pool for kids and a water park pool for kids with slides and fountains and more. the waterpark pool was freezing. So i couldn’t chill in there while watching the kids. That was a disappointment.

Staying here was like in paradise! The staff, the food and facility was all great! Unlimited cocktails to get ? Kid even made new friends with similar age here. Will definitely come back here next time!

I couldn’t say if you can find better holiday elsewhere in the Algarve, but I am pretty certain you won’t find better value than this hotel. If you do not expect silly 5-star gourmet meals or exclusive sea views, you won’t be disappointed. You get a small, practical apartment, great buffet food, all inclusive drinks, nice pool area and great service. Also I read some reviews in here about silly rules in the pool area. Noone except the ones playing, likes people splashing and throwing balls around everyone else when you’re relaxing. Those rules were a big plus for us. Improvement advice for the hotel: The main pool area would be much nicer and more accessible without the fences.

Beautiful place to stay in albufeira but it is out of the way if you want to do any shopping. There's a little beach about a 10 minute walk from the hotel, where there is a few shops, bars restaurants, cafés. Hotel itself is absolutely sparkling clean and they are well on top of it. The hotel consists of blocks of apartments around the main pool which again is so clean. It's just ashame the water is so cold. We came end of march, so there's not alot of people here. Food is ok its not the worst and its not the best, you help yourself to food rather than it getting served to you. Weather has been hit and miss

Great place to stay. The complex itself contains literally everything that a family needs. It has pool for adults and kids with slides and other fun features (Unfortunately there is only cold water, (I only assume that in 35c hot weather it is pleasant) however there is plenty to do anyway, animators take care of entertainment in kids club and for adults too. In the evening there is dance and live music. There is a gym and game room and a laundry room. The latter two need cash though. (Anyway have some cash as you will want to tip the staff) The apartment we stayed was quite spacious, it had a good size bathroom with toilet, bedroom with built in cupboard and tv, living room with two sofa, (can make another two beds out of them) dining area, tv and a kitchen. It would be great to have usb charging point and a signage to the chambermaids if we would like cleaning or not. The entrance door for the apartment needs a chain lock as my 3 year old kept opening it up. The rooms and the common areas are carefully cleaned even after rain I didn’t see any mark. The staff is super nice, very helpful and polite. They have helped us many times, going the extra mile. Seaside is 10 minutes walk, there is a small supermarket also 10 mins walk, restaurants are also around. Shoppers need to travel a bit. Oh and what is plus is that the bathroom has shampoo and separate conditioner too. The chorizo cabbage soup was my favourite of all soups so far (coz I’m still here at the moment)

The kids have loved it. Everything you need to entertain them. The rooms are nice and spacious, the eating areas are good, the pool areas are well serviced and have plenty of sun loungers. More than enough available when needed.
