★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just arrived and was told would receive an email when room was ready. Gone 4pm and still no email - went to discuss. Finally got up to the room and no toilet paper - in which had to chase up (not really ideal when you just get to your room) had to ring several times. Finally got toilet roll and used the toilet and it didn’t flush. After that we realised toiletries such as the towel dispenser etc wasn’t filled up and the bath was dirty. Our beds also weren’t made. When the cleaner came up she started to say “oh no no no” when the beds weren’t made. Ridiculous to say this hotel is 4 star and you are not able to use the toilet on arrival.
