★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito fraco pouca simpatia e consideração pelo cliente em particular levei varias roupas de um trabalho que estava a fazer mais de 200 euros todos os dias e numa das peças a nódoa não saio, como não podia esperar mais um dia para reperir a lavagem porque o dono da peça estava de saída do país não me devolveu o dinheiro, 10 euros no caso o maximo que podia fazer era passar um talão para voltar la numa próxima. No final levei a peça com nódoa e fiquei sem 10euros assim se perde clientes proxima vez ja sei que ali não vou mais
Very weak little sympathy and consideration by the customer in particular took several clothes from a job that was making more than 200 euros every day and in one of the pieces the stain does not leave, as I could not wait another day to re-wash because the owner of the piece was leaving the country did not give me back the money, 10 euros in case the maximum I could do was pass a receipt to return it in a next. In the end I took the piece with stain and I was without 10euros so if you lose customers next time I already know that I will not go there anymore
