★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encolheram várias peças de roupa e estragaram um vestido novo da Zara que levei para lavar e engomar e um lenço que já tinha há anos. Só reparei nas peças estragadas uma semana e pouco depois de as ter levantado (quando as usei) e quando fiz reclamação no balcão disseram que não podiam fazer nada pelo assunto e pediram só para preencher um formulário a explicar o que aconteceu.
Quando levei as peças para lavar e engomar indiquei que quase todas as peças eram delicadas e pedi para terem cuidado- mas foi esse o cuidado que tiveram com a minha roupa, estragarem as peças (umas novas acabadas de comprar e outras antigas que não tinham defeitos e ficaram desbotadas)
Não aconselho a ninguém e nunca mais irei lá voltar.
They shrunk several pieces of clothing and ruined a new Zara dress that I took to wash and iron and a scarf that I had for years. I only noticed the damaged parts a week and shortly after I picked them up (when I used them) and when I complained at the counter they said they couldn't do anything about it and asked only to fill out a form explaining what happened.
When I took the items to wash and ironed, I indicated that almost all the items were delicate and asked to be careful - but that was the care they took with my clothes, spoiling the items (new ones just bought and old ones that had no defects) and faded)
I do not advise anyone and I will never go back there.

Cuidado ao colocarem roupa nestas lavandarias ,não assumem responsabilidades, pensem bem a onde estão a colocar a vossa roupa .
Empresa pouco séria , a minha mulher escreveu no livro reclamações e aguarda e passaram semanas e nem uma palavra de um responsável.
Quando tiverem um problema com estes senhores ficam agarrados.
Fugir destas lojas , qualquer lavandaria de bairro é melhor que estes espaços.
They changed my wife's overcoat and don't take the blame, they want me to have someone else's coat !!!!
Be careful when putting clothes in these laundries, do not take responsibility, think well where you are putting your clothes.
Not a serious company, my wife wrote in the complaints book and waits and weeks have passed and not a word from a responsible person.
When they have a problem with these gentlemen, they are hooked.
Running away from these stores, any neighborhood laundry is better than these spaces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't recommend it at all. I had bad customer service and overprice for three pieces of clothing! I went to a similar one back in Cascais, and they treated me way better. Just be careful.
