Íamos fazer lá a nossa festa de anos e os proprietários não atenderam ás chamadas nem nos abriram a porta.
Atendimento horrível.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não posso avaliar a experiência visto que apesar de ter sido confirmada por telemóvel com um responsável, quando ligamos após estar a espera 30min disseram que não havia confirmação.
I can't evaluate the experience since although it was confirmed by mobile phone with a responsible person, when we called after waiting 30mins they said there was no confirmation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cheguei a experimentar apesar de ter feito a reserva e desta ter sido confirmada por um responsável por telemóvel. A reserva era às 16 horas e fiquei 2 horas no local à espera e nada. Liguei para o número várias vezes e nada. Foi sem dúvida uma falta de profissionalismo porque nem sequer se deram ao trabalho de ligarem ou de atenderem o telemóvel para cancelarem. Não recomendo de maneira alguma !!!
I didn't get to try it even though I made the reservation and it was confirmed by a mobile phone manager. The reservation was at 4 pm and I stayed 2 hours on site waiting and nothing. I called the number several times and nothing. It was undoubtedly unprofessional because they didn't even bother to call or pick up the phone to cancel. Not recommend at all !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço de muito má qualidade. Após ter confirmado presença às 18:00 h fomos informados às 18:20 quando nos encontrávamos à porta do estabelecimento desde a hora combinada que não havia marcação.
Depois de explicarmos a situação a um dos responsáveis foi-nos pedido que aguardássemos pois vinha uma pessoa a caminho para podermos entrar. Esperávamos uns adicionais 20 minutos quando uma outra responsável nos informou que não seria possível realizar a experiência neste dia.
E é assim, depois de quase uma hora à espera que decido partilhar o meu desagrado em relação a este pobre atendimento.
Service of very poor quality. Having confirmed presence at 18:00 we were informed at 18:20 when we were at the door of the establishment from the agreed time that there was no appointment.
After explaining the situation to one of those responsible, we were asked to wait because a person was coming to get us in. We waited an additional 20 minutes when another charge informed us that it would not be possible to experience this day.
And so, after nearly an hour waiting I decide to share my dislike for this poor service.

Efetuei a marcação no site, na área prevista para o efeito. No dia em que havia sido feita a marcação, é me informado, via e-mail, que a mesma teria sido cancelada.
Uma vez que a experiência já tinha sido marcada com antecedência, decidi ligar para o estabelecimento para que pudesse apurar a razão pela qual somente no dia previsto para a experiência me estava a ser comunicado que esta não iria suceder. Contraditóriamente ao email que recebera a cancelar a experiência, foi me informado por um responsável que poderia comparecer na hora marcada para o próprio dia.
Ao chegar ao local depáro-me com o mesmo fechado. Tentei, novamente, contactar o responsável que assegurou que estaria alguém do estabelecimento a chegar ao local, algo que nunca aconteceu após mais de uma hora sentados, na rua, à porta do estabelecimento.
Cerca de uma hora depois recebo uma chamada a informar que a experiência teria sido cancelada, que deveria ter ocorrido uma falta de comunicação.
Após esta dita chamada, recebo outra (efetuada por outro responsável) a informar que, pela segunda vez, estaria alguém a chegar ao estabelecimento, algo que, novamente, não aconteceu.
Resumindo: Um dia que era supsoto ter sido bem passado, foi completamente arruinado pela falta de profissionalismo e comunicação da equipa responsável por este estabelecimento....
Ou talvez seja um "scape room" inverso! Na verdade, o verdadeiro desafio é entrar no estabelecimento e decifrar as comunicações inconsistentes e contraditórias dos responsáveis pelo estebelecimento...

I made the booking on the website, in the area provided for this purpose. On the day the appointment was made, I was informed, via e-mail, that the appointment would have been cancelled.
Since the experience had already been scheduled in advance, I decided to call the establishment so that I could find out why it was only on the day scheduled for the experience that I was informed that it would not happen. Contradictorily to the email he had received to cancel the experience, I was informed by a person in charge that he could attend at the appointed time for the day.
When arriving at the place, I find it closed. I tried, again, to contact the person in charge who assured that someone from the establishment would be arriving at the place, something that never happened after more than an hour sitting, in the street, at the door of the establishment.
About an hour later I receive a call informing me that the experience would have been canceled, that there should have been a lack of communication.
After this call, I receive another one (made by another person in charge) informing that, for the second time, someone would be arriving at the establishment, something that, again, did not happen.
In short: A day that was supposed to have been well spent, was completely ruined by the lack of professionalism and communication of the team responsible for this establishment ....
Or maybe it's a reverse scape room! In fact, the real challenge is to enter the establishment and decipher the inconsistent and contradictory communications of those responsible for the establishment ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao contrario de algumas criticas não tivemos problemas com a marcação, ate mesmo podemos avisar que estávamos atrasados e não ouve problema.
Realizamos o desafio "O Psicopata", foi uma boa experiencia no geral; O inicio é bastante bom, na segunda parte algumas marcações de uns enigmas precisam de alguma manutenção, coisa que nos fez perder bastante tempo, e teve pouca variedade de desafio (codigo -> cadeado -> codigo -> cadeado, etc), podiam ter usado a mesma imaginação que tiveram para a primeira parte.

We carried out the challenge "O Psicopata", it was a good experience in general; The start is quite good, in the second part some markings of some puzzles need some maintenance, something that made us lose a lot of time, and there was little variety of challenge (code -> lock -> code -> lock, etc.), they could have used the same imagination they had for the first part.
