★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedido feito pelas 19h... Entregue as 22h..n atendem telefone, não permitem cancelamento. Felizmente jantei entretanto porque o pedido chegou frio. Doses não justificam preço. Serviço nem se pode chamar serviço.
 Order placed at 7pm... Delivered at 10pm.. No phone calls, no cancellation allowed. Luckily I had dinner though because the order arrived cold. Servings do not justify price. Service can't even be called service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não consigo compreender como é que este estabelecimento, prestando um serviço ao público em geral, disponibiliza tão poucos ou nenhuns meios de contacto. Acabo de receber um Bao em que a carne está crua, impossível de mastigar (eu tentei, foi como se o meu maxilar tivesse ido ao ginásio). Queria reclamar, pedir uma substituição do produto ou devolução do dinheiro (que não é pouco), mas não consigo. É a vida.
I cannot understand how this establishment, providing a service to the general public, offers so little or no means of contact. I just got a Bao where the meat is raw, impossible to chew (I tried it, it was like my jaw went to the gym). I would like to complain, ask for a product replacement or money back (which is not small), but I can't. Is life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NY native here living in Portugal. The quality of the Baos are high, but it doesnt excuse the poor quantity. In NYC, a far more expensive city two LARGE Baos go for 4.75. The Baos they offer here are the "Sample Size" and they only offer you 1 for 8-9 Euro= 11-12$.
This restaurant WILL fail if they dont price their food accordingly. Max price should be 4 Euro and far less for Baos using cheap meat "Chicken, Pork etc" . 3.50 per bao and this place would do quite well for itself. You could even offer a "4 baos for 10" deal.
The lack of business tactics here is amazing, just a perfectly good business ruined by people who have no concept as to quantity. Maybe Rabbits own this business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed an order on uber eats and the restaurant accepted the order with an estimate of 14:35. We called at 15:15, as they close at 15:30 she they told us that they hadn't sent the delivery because they didn't have delivery drivers available. If we hadn't called, they simply would have left it. Miserable service. The first and very last time they'll get my clientele.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 stars, just gave 5 to counter all the negative. V Good bao buns, a little pricey but it's a specialist dish that's not so common (Lisbon is not London or NYC that has the volume of customers to keep this type of food cheap). You can call the restaurant via Uber app once ordered (just click on tracking)
