★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can I say that these photos can't. It was absolutely gorgeous. We had an amazing Giltead aka Dourada lunch which was cooked to perfection over the hot charcoal. The balancing rock formations that people made on the beach was very cool. So glad we stopped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a piece of meat or fish on the grill. Served on a steel plate with salade and pale chips. Meat was dry. As desert a Magnum ice-cream which you have to serve yourself. Only the clams where acceptable, but very expensive (18€). People smoke on the terrace of the restaurant where people eat.... Incredible on a location like this, that they serve food this bad. The view is amazing though...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing restaurant directly at the sea. Their fresh fish is grilled in front of your eyes. Portion sizes are good and the taste was amazing. Best thing: you don’t really pay extra for the fantastic location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view is breathtaking, especially the sunset. Staff is very friendly, speaks English and Italian, on top of Portuguese of course. Food is amazing, grilled fish and shrimps are highly recommended. I had a plate of 6 big shrimps (a choupana), fresh and tasty. Dessert is very good too. Chocolate cake and cream tart are both memorable. No regrets just joy and appreciation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best BBQ chicken iv had in ages!! with the best view ever! Right on the beach! Love all the bamboo too, owners and staff do everything they can to help you and get what ever you ask for. My one negative was when I asked for mayonnaise they said they did not do it, I mean no mayonnaise with chicken and chips!? Nearly cried lmao, would still go back anytime ? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The biggest draw card to this location is it’s beautiful wooden terrace with amazing ocean view! That alone makes it worth a night enjoying a bottle of wine and some bbq local food. I’ve given them 4 stars because the sardines were seriously amazing, the ambience perfect, the view was insane and the wine was great and the staff were lovely. They lost a star because they did not have at least 3 of the meat main meals available (there were only 4 to start with). The seafood was available to order only by the kg, that’s not our style. So we had to order the hamburger, basically a meat patty with salad on the side, don’t bother ordering this. It’s a little pricier than other places around the area.
