Depois de marcar uma consulta para um tratamento específico por telefone, a senhora do salão disse que não tinha tempo para o fazer. Tratamentos feitos sem luvas. Apenas não dou 5 estrelas, porque falta limpeza nas cadeiras, no mostruário das cores, nos intrumentos que não são limpos nem desinfetados para o próximo cliente, nas toalhas onde pousamos as mãos que não mudam para o cliente seguinte, etc. Atenção a essas coisas! Disseram que ligava e até agora nada. Trabalho feito sem luvas . Pouca ou nenhuma desinfecção dos materiais. Muito cuidado. . Muito mau serviço. Não voltarei de certeza. However, my wife went for depilation and they managed to take her facial skin off! Very unprofessional. Afterwards, the so-called “professional hair remover” did not even say "sorry" for what happened. Apparently, it was my wife's fault for having a sensitive skin. Unbelievable. The hairdresser did a good job, but avoid the hair removal professionals there at any cost!
