No deuen tindre cuina perquè ni tan sols unes creïlles fregides ens pogueren fer i van traure unes rufles. Damunt el cambrer un poc impertinent. O meu marido, que não é português, ficou tão indignado e incrédulo e até questionou se o dono não teria um problema mental! É inacreditável que num lugar de tanto turismo, tão simbólico e marcante da cultura portuguesa tenham os maus modos que nós assistimos. Não façam isso! Não tem jeito/paciência para atender, não o faça! Agora não passem a vergonha e não façam Portugal passar a vergonha do atendimento que tivemos. Tenho pena de não ter o nome do senhor mas foi o senhor mais velho, q acho que era exatamente o dono. The café A Gruta lugar was the worst service of our life! My husband, who is not Portuguese, was so indignant and incredulous and even questioned whether the owner would have a mental problem! It is unbelievable that in a place of so much tourism, so symbolic and striking in Portuguese culture, they have the bad manners that we see. Do not do it! There's no way / patience to answer, don't do it! Now do not be ashamed and do not make Portugal feel ashamed of the service we had.
