★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço prestado de apoio ao cliente! Se pudesse daria 0 estrelas. Além disso as secadoras são péssimas e 2 das 4 lavadoras estão avariadas. Nâo há ninguém na lavandaria para prestar assistência e pelo telemóvel são extremamente antipáticos, mesmo quando estamos a reclamar de defeitos já reportados há muito tempo. Meu conselho é que tenham o mínimo de respeito para com seus clientes, de quem dependem para que tenham lucro.
Inclusive foi-me perguntado qual era minha nacionalidade quando liguei para pedir auxílio! Sinceramente... aprendam a tratar melhor seus clientes....
Poor customer support service! If I could I would give 0 stars. In addition, the dryers are terrible and 2 of the 4 washers are damaged. There is no one in the laundry room to provide assistance and on the phone they are extremely unfriendly, even when we are complaining about defects that have been reported for a long time. My advice is to have a minimum of respect for your customers, on whom they depend to make a profit.
I was even asked what my nationality was when I called to ask for help! Honestly ... learn to treat your customers better ....
