No dia seguinte dei de caras com o carro ao sol e sem o protector das colunas que tenho na chapeleira. Resultado: colunas 6x9 (topo de gama) estragadas, com mais de 100 euros de prejuízo. Só mais tarde me apercebi que o som delas estava realmente alterado. Estiveram a fritar ao sol de verão uma tarde quase inteira.
Reparei que o auto-rádio até tinha sido ligado, mas ok.
Para além disso, não aceitei o orçamento por o considerar elevado. Fui a uma outra oficina e fizeram o trabalho por um terço do preço, só de mão de obra. Foi há vários meses.
Não trabalham com material trazido pelo cliente.
Só não atribuo uma estrela porque o orçamento entregue foi computorizado e escrito.
I had to leave the car there overnight, for a budget to change the steering bar. The next day I came face to face with the car in the sun and without the protector of the columns that I have in the hat rack. Result: 6x9 columns (top of the range) spoiled, with more than 100 euros of loss. It was only later that I realized that their sound was really altered. They had been frying in the summer sun for almost an entire afternoon.
I noticed that the car radio had even been turned on, but ok.
Furthermore, I did not accept the budget because I considered it to be high. I went to another workshop and they did the work for a third of the price, just for labor. It was several months ago.
They do not work with material brought by the client.
I just don’t assign a star because the budget delivered was computed and written.
