Just go to a normal one owned by a single person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came and asked if they still had soup which is part of the 4.95 sandwich, soup and drink deal/menu. They lady told me they still had, then she checked and informed me they were out. I asked her if there was an item that could replace the soup and she told me they had bags of sweet potato chips, for an additional .50 cents. I asked her if it was indeed 5.45 total for a sandwich, drink and chips no soup, and she said "that's right."
I walked out without making a purchase. The rude behaviour, lack of flexibility in situations like these is absolutely unacceptable. This company recently raised all their prices across all their shops and they run out of things 2 hours before close and fail to accomodate customers accordingly? Disgusting, greedy and repulsive behaviour on their part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely bakery with a great selection of pastries and lunch. Their salads are great and superb value for money. Outside seating is an added bonus for sun-hungry Scandinavians such as me. Service here is always great and offered with a smile. It is close by Groovy Bar - another nice eating place in this area of Lumiar / Alta Lisboa. Worth a try.
