A	André Martins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fui levantar juntamente com a minha namorada uma encomenda de 2 doses feita pela aplicação toogoodtoogo. Estava a chover, encontram-se mais de 9 pessoas à porta numa aglomeração pelo que aguardamos debaixo do guarda chuva cá fora. Apesar de antes de termos chegado, o estado da encomenda na aplicação estar como "pendente de levantamento" ao chegarmos foi-nos pedido que aguardassemos 5 minutos. Após cerca de 15 minutos aguardar na rua à chuva de forma a ter distanciamento suficiente da aglomeração de pessoas que se encontrava à porta, entramos para ir levantar o pedido, inicialmente iriam ser-nos dadas 2 caixas de plástico com 3 salsichas de porco em cada, contudo por ter chegado uma senhora que estaria aparentemente à espera de 2 doses também, foi-nos dada apenas uma das caixas tendo-nos sido referido que cada uma das caixas continha 2 doses... É lamentável que após vários jantares em família neste estabelecimento tenhamos recebido este tipo de serviço, tendo recebido 3 salsichas sem acompanhamento como " duas doses" por 5,98€. Se o estabelecimento não tem comida de sobra suficiente não pode forma alguma anunciar que tem suficiente para "4 doses"... Fiquei enojado com o ambiente e com esta situação. Irei fazer uma reclamação no livro de reclamações assim que possível. Today I went to pick up with my girlfriend an order of 2 doses made by the toogoodtoogo application. It was raining, more than 9 people are at the door in an agglomeration so we wait under the umbrella outside. Although before we arrived, the order status in the application was "pending withdrawal" when we arrived, we were asked to wait 5 minutes. After about 15 minutes waiting in the street in the rain in order to have enough distance from the crowd of people at the door, we went in to pick up the order, initially we would be given 2 plastic boxes with 3 pork sausages in each However, because a lady arrived who was apparently expecting 2 doses too, we were given only one of the boxes and we were told that each box contained 2 doses ... It is unfortunate that after several family dinners at this establishment we have received this type of service, having received 3 sausages without accompaniment as "two servings" for € 5.98. If the establishment does not have enough leftover food, it cannot in any way announce that it has enough for "4 servings" ... I was disgusted with the environment and this situation. I will file a complaint in the complaints book as soon as possible.

K	Konstantin Ushakow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you can eat stones, you will enjoy that place. If not, avoid A Sereia. I ate pork with rice, after the meal I had long lasting pain in my stomach. Rice was totally tasteless, meat was burned. Plus, I saw "serviso' in the bill, but I didn't order anything else. It could be tips included, but 20% is too much. Don't recommend that place. Upd: I was really very thankful, that you allowed us to bring our wine,I really appreciate it,because I was going to the airport and had to throw the bottle away. But anyway the food was very bad. And you said ok about the bottle, that I understood as no charge (it could be missunderstanding). Guys, to tell the trut, you are nice, but to serve food like that in Portugal is a crime.

Very welcoming and between the staff and the clientele, they let us create the atmosphere. The Portuguese way. No touristic overpriced stuff either. As a local living abroad, I highly recommend it.

M	Milena Stopic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, really loved this place. Our hotel was in the neighbourhood, so we decided to drop by for lunch after seeing the good reviews. The beef steak plate and Bacalhau à Brás we had were simple and delicious. Nice couvert of bread, olives and butter, paired with a lovely and fresh octopus salad. Caramel and chocolate mousses for dessert were amazing. The grand total for a very filling meal including dessert and wine was 14e p.p., great value. Simple food, modest yet good portions, full of flavour, with incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. We enjoyed it from the second we walked in - A Sereia is truly a local gem and we will be back! Highly recommended.
