Louise made us a wedding cake masterpiece! We put forward a few ideas for our Portuguese themed wedding, and Louise exceeded all expectations. Her sugar flowers are so realistic and detailed. All the flavours we tried were delicious- it was difficult to only choose two. From start to finish nothing was too much trouble and she is a true professional at what she does. The perfect treat for any special occasion.

I could not have been more delighted with the taste or the presentation. We loved it so much that we re-ordered the cake on our 6 month wedding anniversary and it was just as perfectly decorated and delicious as the first time!
