A	Atlantic Ocean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is conveniently located with metro / bus stops in front the building and a fleet of taxis parked nearby. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good. What impressed me most is how the management team has risen to the extreme challenges posed by the global pandemic and went extra miles to help their customers to deal with a very frustrating and stressful situation. I had difficult booking my PCR test and the only solution seemed to book a drive in test. However it requires us to put a car registration number and we were worried that the taxi we found in the street is not reliable. The director Julio Guiomar stepped in to help us booking the test with his car registration number and drove us to the test center the next day. We are so grateful and words can’t explain our gratitude. He really went above and beyond the call of duty and saved our holiday!

Had my worst experience in any hotel since the hotel allowed a group of Spanish to have a party with tobacco which quickly filled the AC vents of the entire hotel. Slamming doors through the night and we now have a 20h flight with stinking clothes and no sleep. I cannot believe I paid for it. This also means the fire alarms are completely useless or non existent.
C	Cristina Hatem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently stayed at ABC Hotel in Porto. The location is not in the center of activity in Porto - it's about a 20 minute brisk walk to old Porto. However, the room was clean and the staff was exceptional in terms of helpfulness. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding and the breakfast staff was very accommodating.

About the room, personally I don't like the layout concept with the shower separate from the sink/toilet. The space between the bed and the wall is minimal. A person in a wheelchair or with a motor disability will not be so comfortable there.
w	w on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kind staff, especially with the covid situation. Breakfast was okay, average. Not self service due to covid restrictions. Rooms are clean and beds very comfortable. Space inside the room limited...hotel on the street. You hear noise from outside, so night rest was okay. We were on the 5th floor, but facing the street. Advantage is being right next to the train station. Hotel accessible to local convenient stores and shops. Overall a 4 star experience.

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very comfortable and great for a short stay. Our stay included breakfast , and it was a very complete breakfast buffet with a variety of sweet, salty food and drinks. They also disinfect your room before your arrival , which during this times, is very important. I must share as well that they charge a city tax fee of 2 euros per night per person so in my case I payed 8 euros for two nights for my partner and I. The only reason I don't put 5 stars is because the train was so close that we could hear it in our room and sometimes it woke us up in the early hours of the morning. Other than that I recommend staying in this hotel .
