★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinham tudo para receber 5*. Reparação de vidro lateral através de seguradora. Serviço feito ao domicílio. O que falhou? A informação que devido a atraso da transportadora não iam conseguir fazer a troca combinada e no momento da troca do vidro bastava um plástico no chão para não deixarem vidros no passeio em frente da minha casa, onde passam crianças (minhas e outras). Podiam ter avisado que no interior do carro estariam vidros até na cadeira de uma das filhas. O vidro que partiu tinha uma cortina interior que impediu a entrada de vidros até ao momento que a removeram. Para mim falharam gravemente. Não recomendo!
They had everything to receive 5 *. Repair of side glass through insurance company. Service done at home. What failed? The information that due to the delay of the carrier would not be able to make the combined exchange and at the time of changing the glass, a plastic on the floor was enough to not leave glass on the sidewalk in front of my house, where children (mine and others) pass. They could have warned that inside the car there would be glasses even in the chair of one of the daughters. The broken glass had an interior curtain that prevented the entry of glass until the moment they removed it. For me they have seriously failed. I do not recommend!
