★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma academia 5*. O ambiente numa academia faz toda a diferença e na Integração encontramos um ambiente que nos faz sentir em casa. Não há palavras para descrever. O Jiu-jitsu que é ensinado é de alto nível. Recomendo a 100% a quem quiser começar a praticar, ou estiver a pensar mudar.
A 5* gym. The environment in a gym makes all the difference and in Integration we find an environment that makes us feel at home. There are no words to describe it. The Jiu-jitsu that is taught is of a high level. I recommend 100% to anyone who wants to start practicing, or is thinking of changing.

The academy is in Vila Nova de Gaia and easily reachable by metro and/or bus, it is super close to Corte Ingles. They offer classes for kids and adults and the atmosphere is very welcoming and easy-going.
