Diversas modalidades para adultos e crianças que vão desde artes marciais (e.g., Karaté, Jiu-jitsu) até às aulas de Dança e Expressão Corporal. O espaço dispõe ainda de banho turco, loja de roupas muitíssimo variada ( sports wear, fashion e clássica). Estacionamento gratuito e funciona todos os dias.
One of the best (if not the best) spaces for the practice of gym activities in the municipality of Guimarães. Excellent cost/benefit ratio. Various modalities for adults and children ranging from martial arts (e.g., Karate, Jiu-jitsu) to Dance and Body Expression classes. The space also has a Turkish bath, a very varied clothing store (sports wear, fashion and classic). Free parking and works every day.
