The Açaí was great, the Brigadeiro was great, the staff was so friendly. Would love to come back!

The taste of the açai was great, but they only serve in plastic containers, which doesn't fit to their healthy food and is bad for the planet. Hoping they drop plastic quickly.

It's a really cool place in the centre of Faro. I have to say I almost came to Portugal just to eat acai and this was the perfect place. If u are an acai lover you also have the possibility to order a boat full of acai and toppings. They also sell pasoca. Loved it

We had super tasty açaí here, and loved it. We could taste that it was made with attention and care. It was a bit on the pricy side (~6 euros for small açaí cup with 3 toppings) but it was worth it, we shared it between two of us and it was a good amount. The guy running the place was very friendly and attentive. Very happy that we came by this place, and totally recommend it if you like açaí or if you have never tried it before!

Rather an odd experience. Asked if they sell vegan and gluten free breakfasts to which I was offered a ham and cheese sandwich. I explained this was neither vegan or gluten free to which the staff member replied "no we do not have any vegan or gluten free options". I then expressed surprise since they were an acai cafe. He tried to explain to me that their acai products were not vegan because they contained glucose. I responded that glucose is indeed vegan since it is not an animal product to which he vehemently argued with me (I am vegan 43 years). We walked away to another acai place which understands that vegans do not eat ham sandwiches but can eat acai bowls. Afterwards, I googled the cafe to look at their menu only to read extensive details on the website that the acai mixture they sell is vegan, organic and gluten free. Terrible shame. Evidently the staff need product training and perhaps some customer service training too. Arguing with a vegan about what is actually vegan and what isn't, is perhaps a little daft. ***** Tried the place again on 11/11/21 as we live in Portugal, and despite wishing to give the place a second chance, found customer service very poor. Rude woman very unhelpful and negative. No bebida vegetal for coffee. Most shocking was the plastic bowls and cutlery. Awful for the environment, and single use plastic is actually illegal in Portugal.
