★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Nutella and strawberry tapioca was so tasty but the service is very slow.... If fact they have 2 speeds, backwards and reverse and to make matters worse we were the only people in the place and they still got our order wrong... Our açai never arrived and trying to highlight this was near enough to impossible so it was better to walk away...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Açaí itself was awesome, although the idea of açaí in a glass doesn't sound right to me, since you'll put one ingredient over the other and at the end you'll have to eat one layer before goes to the next. It would be better if it was served in a bowl, but that's just a personal opinion.
The customer service was also not too good, since I've spent more than 30 minutes in line because there was just one employee charging for orders and making those orders (after some time a seconde one arrived).
Other than that the açaí was delicious and I'm hoping to go get some other meal there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordering at this store is a big complicated, as you choose different size, fruit, toppings. On the top of that, different fruits have different price, etc. The ordering itself reminded me a bit of McDonald franchise. Nothing wrong with that, just saying.
What makes this place (or maybe this acai store chain) different from other acai places regarding offer is that it offers also frozen dragon fruit. Me and my friend tried it, it was good, but we still prefer frozen acai. In any case, this is something new and interesting and I liked it.
Staff here was nice and friendly.
