I highly recommend!!! A gym with different modalities for all tastes. It also has changing rooms with excellent conditions where you can change clothes and take a shower after physical activity.

Ênfase no aluno e no seu desenvolvimento e evolução, com ensino competente, que tem em conta a idade, condição física e psíquica e eventuais condicionantes de cada praticante.
É um local onde se intui a devoção genuína à prática e à preservação dos valores e princípios tradicionais da arte marcial que escolheram por parte dos instrutores e alunos mais graduados, que procuram, conjuntamente, criar um legado, esforçando-se por incutir tais valores e principios nos praticantes mais jovens.
Ambiente familiar caracterizado por lealdade, espirito de grupo e entreajuda.
