É uma área de atividade em que a entidade reguladora não "regula" absolutamente nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só sabem cobrar. Não são capazes de resolver os problemas mais básicos do condomínio, e como se isso já não fosse mau que bastasse, não respondem aos diversos pedidos de esclarecimento.
Não se deixem enganar pela pomposidade do nome!!!
They only know how to charge. They are not able to solve the most basic problems of the condominium, and as if that were not bad enough, they do not respond to the various requests for clarification.
Don't be fooled by the pomposity of the name !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O nome deste estabelecimento devia ser "offlinehome", desde marcar dias para resolver problemas de infraestruturas dos seu condomínios e não aparecer, demorarem 2 meses para vir avaliar o problema, e para não falar que começam um serviço e o deixam a meio por mais um mês em "standby".
Como se isto não fosse já o suficiente, dirijo me ao escritorio deles pelo menos 2 vezes por semana, só para ouvir a mesma frase "o responsavel não esta, nós entramos em contacto com você.
Dava 0 estrelas se o Google deixasse.
The name of this establishment should be "offlinehome", from scheduling days to solve infrastructure problems in your condominiums and not showing up, take 2 months to come and evaluate the problem, and not to mention that they start a service and leave it in the middle for another standby month.
As if this were not enough, I go to their office at least twice a week, just to hear the same phrase "the person in charge is not here, we got in touch with you.
It would give 0 stars if Google left.
