I like to do acupuncture weekly or fortnightly to help with energy levels, pain and to learn better to relax, and Hayley is a very knowledgeable and considerate therapist to work with. Since seeing Hayley almost weekly for about a month I feel much more relaxed and get better sleep after each treatment. The treatments are powerful and different each time and Hayley gives a lot of attention to each issue. Highly recommend if you're looking for support with your health and wellbeing.

She'll make you feel safe and comfortable from the moment you enter the room. The session itself is super relaxing (like a mini meditation). You'll leave feeling like a new person! Highly recommend :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Hayley only once (but I will definitely return when I visit Lisbon again!) while traveling and after only experiencing acupuncture a handful of times prior; I was not sure what to expect since previously I didn’t really benefit much from it. However, Hayley’s empathic touch and healing abilities truly opened my body up to something special. I felt safe and relaxed in her presence and my entire session was nothing if not therapeutic. I would highly recommend Hayley to anyone living in Lisbon (or just visiting like me!) you will certainly leave feeling fantastic!

I really enjoy the new practice she has. It's very central and with a great atmosphere. And the whole session is very relaxing.
