★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A new discovery in Maia for us as the restaurant is on the edge of town just beyond the zoo. The he entrance is via the bar and it's not immediately obvious what an extensive space with various rooms and a sheltered patio lies beyond. Fortunately we arrived early for Saturday lunch as the restaurant soon filled up. We chose grilled octopus which arrived in very generous portions with octopus flavoured rice too. An enjoyable meal for €49 for two including a starter, wine, dessert and coffee in addition to the main course.
