★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The one time I didn't check reviews upfront (we were somewhat in a hurry) I almost wanted to leave when I started reading them while sitting down. But we took the risk and I have to say, it wasn't that bad at all for us. Food quality was good, nothing special but good. Prices for drinks are indeed somewhat higher compared to what we've seen elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I read the reviews after eating and I could not believe what are said. Food was delicious and shrimps were fresh. Not too high prices, nice staff. Everything was perfect and nobody forced us to leave the tip by the way. 10% tip is always acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was great and economic. I had octopus and she had Bacalhoa wonderful dishes. The broccoli with some olive oil and and vinegar was great. Renan was a great waiter and we enjoyed him

Of course the prices are spicy, but it's expected.
Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is fantastic. It's no frills and great food. Spent two nights in Sintra and ended up here both nights. The kitchen is open much later than most other places as well. I'll come back here anytime.
