★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui comprar 2 peças de ourivesaria. Ao que no momento da compra e após pagamento com cartão. Lembrei-me que pretendia fatura com numero de contribuinte. Ao que me foi respondido que teria de ser antes do pagamento sem o minimo esforço para voltar atrás com a compra e refazer com o que pretendia. A funcionária sinplesmente disse que nao era possível.
Entrega me os meus produtos embalados individualmente, sem sequer perguntar se queria saco. Revoltado pedi um saco, sabendo claro que teria o seu custo. Péssimo atendimento. Nao recomendo.
I went to buy 2 pieces of jewelry. At the time of purchase and after payment by card. I remembered that I wanted an invoice with a taxpayer number. To which I was told that it would have to be done before payment without the slightest effort to go back with the purchase and redo what I wanted. The employee simply said it wasn't possible.
He gives me my products individually wrapped, without even asking if I want a bag. Revolted, I asked for a bag, knowing of course it would have its cost. Terrible attendance. I do not recommend.
