A senhora em questão insistiu em ficar com dois edredons médios para ser ela a lavar apesar da loja anunciar ser self service. Cobrou 32 euros, conforme se pode confirmar pelo recibo que passou a contra gosto, dias depois e por grande insistência da minha parte. Cobrou o dobro do valor anunciado e não cumpriu nem sequer o que prometeu fazer que seria telefonar no dia a seguir para entregar os edredons. Acresce que além de ter cobrado o dobro do anunciado em loja, as peças nem sequer vinham com aquele aroma habitual de roupa lavada em lavandaria. Péssimo serviço, preço exorbitante e um atendimento agressivo.

He charged 32 euros, as can be confirmed by the receipt, which he reluctantly passed, days later and at my great insistence. He charged double the advertised amount and did not even fulfill what he promised to do, which would be to call the next day to deliver the duvets. Furthermore, in addition to having charged twice as much as advertised in the store, the items did not even come with that usual aroma of laundry washed. Terrible service, exorbitant price and aggressive service.
