Ao pedir o livro referiram que todos os serviços já tinham sido prestados. Para comemorar o 50º aniversário da minha mãe ofereci um batismo de voo, marquei com 72h de antecedência como indicado pela empresa. No dia, à chegada do local referiram que por razões climatéricas teria de ser adiado para a tarde, pediram o peso após irmos fazer tempo à maia para realizar o voo e passado 40 min dessa mesma chamada a pedir o peso e de nos dizer que iria ser realizado nesse mesmo dia, ligam a dizer que afinal têm voos agendados para a tarde. Worst service I have ever received! Not an apology and they refused to give the complaints book. When ordering the book they mentioned that all services had already been provided. To celebrate my mother's 50th birthday I offered a flight baptism, I booked 72 hours in advance as directed by the company. On the day, when they arrived, they said that for weather reasons it would have to be postponed until the afternoon, they asked for the weight after we went to the Maya for the flight and after 40 min of that same call asking for the weight and telling us that it would be held that same day, call to say that after all have flights scheduled for the afternoon.

Compramos uma experiência de baptismo de voo, fizemos os procedimentos correctos e por causa da meteorologia o funcionário Pedro Ferreira adiou o nosso voo das 11h30 para as 14h00h. Qual não é o nosso espanto quando dizem que não têm avioneta disponível, pois tinham uma outra reserva para as 12h30. Falámos com o director do clube a pedir explicações quando este se justificou que o funcionário não tem que ter acesso às marcações (??). Certamente que não teríamos que ser nós a saber as reservas para aquele dia. I do not recommend this club to anyone. Tremendous lack of professionalism and organization. We bought a flight baptism experience, did the correct procedures and because of the weather the employee Pedro Ferreira postponed our flight from 11h30 to 14h00. Not surprisingly, they say they don't have a plane available because they had another reservation for 12:30. We spoke to the club director asking for explanations when he was justified that the staff member does not have to have access to the markings (??). Surely it wouldn't have to be us knowing the reservations for that day.
