★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Complex ticket machines ensuring long queues. 45 minute wait for a service that is supposed to run every 20 minutes and NO information whatsoever on the platform. Really crappy welcome to Portugal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ticket machines have been badly designed, ensuring a 40 min wait to buy a ticket. If buying for more than one person - each person needs a separate card, which isn't apparent! The station staff selectively let people they like the look of to jump the queue, which doesn't help ease the pain of queueing again..
