É pena, mas assim se perde um cliente com quem já tinham feito vários trabalhos. After having worked several times with this company, I can only regret that after having asked 6 times to send me a quote, I never received that quote, they did not respond to phone calls, messages, or e-mails. 2 months after the first contact, I gave up. It is a pity, but in this way a client is lost with whom they had already done several jobs.
J	Jaqueline Leite on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não posso comentar sobre o material porque infelizmente não tive a oportunidade de o avaliar, pois para além de terem falhado a visita técnica (sem me avisar), o qual justificaram como esquecimento, quando me enviaram o orçamento (que não era para um trabalho de grandes dimensões) disseram que só tinham disponibilidade para quase 2 meses depois(e tive que ser eu a ligar a reclamar o orçamento tendo em conta a demora). Entre marcar visita técnica e receber o orçamento passaram 3 semanas, para no final eu acabar sem poder avançar com o trabalho, pois não podia esperar mais quase dois meses. Muito triste uma empresa "qualificada" falhar tanto antes de se quer começar um trabalho. Para mim foi um péssimo cartão de visita. I can not comment on the material because unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to evaluate it, since in addition to having failed the technical visit (without warning me), which I justified as oblivion, when I was sent the budget (which was not for a large) said they were only available for almost 2 months later (and I had to be the one to call the budget in the light of the delay). Between marking a technical visit and receiving the budget, three weeks passed, so that I could end up with no work, because I could not wait more than two months. Too sad a "qualified" company fails so much before if they want to get a job. For me it was a bad business card.
