Fui comprar uma peça que partiu numa máquina comprada numa grande superfície.
Bastou dizer que tinha sido comprado no local e a marca , para o funcionário nem sequer olhar para a peça e responder que não trabalhavam com essa marca.
Perguntei se não tinha uma similar, e a resposta foi:
"-Sabe quantas peças tenho ali dentro de caixas ?"
Só falta dizer que apenas aqui vim porque o funcionário da Leroy Merlin o recomendou...
Arrogance and lack of professionalism are the hallmark of this company.
I went to buy a piece that went off in a machine bought on a large surface.
Suffice it to say that it had been bought on the spot and the mark so the clerk did not even look at the piece and respond that they did not work with that mark.
I asked if I had a similar one, and the answer was:
"Do you know how many pieces I have in boxes?"
All I need to say is that I came here only because the Leroy Merlin employee recommended it ...
