★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente tive uma experiencia muito desagradavel com o agente de Caxarias quando telefonei a pedir uma simulação para seguro de carro, parece que lhe estava a encomodar... até começou a gritar comigo quando lhe pedi simulaçoes com e sem danos naturais e com duas diferentes franquias. Achei muita falta de cortesia professional. Ele não se identificou por nome mas o melhore é evitar está agencia se não gostar de ser tratado de forma desrespeitoso.
 Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience with the Caxarias agent when I called asking for a car insurance simulation, it seems that I was bothering him... he even started yelling at me when I asked him for simulations with and without natural damage and with two different deductibles . I found it very lacking in professional courtesy. He didn't identify himself by name but the best thing is to avoid this agency if you don't like to be treated disrespectfully.
