★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uau, que vigaristas. Reserva-se um voo e obtém-se informação errada da Abreu e, portanto, não se pode voar. O que é que a agência faz? Culpa a companhia aérea. Recebe um voo de substituição? Sim, pelo mesmo preço de um voo de regresso. Recebo um reembolso? Não! Apenas dinheiro é o que eles querem ganhar. A melhor agência se não quiser viajar.
Wow, what crooks. You book a flight and you get wrong information from Abreu and, therefore, you cannot fly. What does the agency do? Blame the airline. Do you get a replacement flight? Yes, for the same price as a return flight. Do I get a refund? No! Only money is what they want to earn. The best agency if you don't want to travel.
