É pena que a E-Redes não tenha pessoas assim a lidar com os clientes, que infelizmente não têm alternativa, uma vez que têm o monopólio em Portugal...
The employee of EDP Comercial, D. Marta is an extremely good professional, knows what she is doing and is extremely efficient. Unfortunately it is becoming rare to find people like that.
It's a shame that E-Redes doesn't have people like that dealing with customers, who unfortunately have no alternative, as they have a monopoly in Portugal...
