This is the best place for authentic food and atmosphere in the entire Portugal we’ve been to! The octopus salad is outstanding with their own special recipe, the staff is super friendly and kind, the chef is super humble and sweet. We literally came back 3 times in our relatively short stay and can’t recommend this place enough!

It’s frustrating to me that this restaurant doesn’t show up in google search results under restaurants or if you zoom in to the map to the max. It’s only by luck that I walked by and specifically searched up the name before deciding to go inside, and I am glad I did because it was one of the best meals I had in Portugal. Some things so simply described as “fried pork”, “grilled peppers” and “mixed salad” turned out to be totally delicious. Great service as well. Recommended!

A spontaneous lunch turned into a culinary highlight. Loved everything about the tapas, beers and service - highly recommend. Ask for the Percebes…

We went to Agua Salgada our first evening at Sagres, after that, we went there every day for the rest of our stay in Sagres! The tapas were so goood! Delicious! The staff was so kind and prepared! Ruben (bar tender, chef, almost everything there) was so kind with us! He gave us tips on what to eat, what to drink, what to visit, what to do! He became a friend for us! Best person we met during our stay! On Friday we had a big party with all the tourists over there! The music was good (DJ and bongo player)! Ruben made also some show with the drinks and offered shots to us. Best tapas: Percebes Fried squid Toasted bread with butter and garlic Fried shrimps Mussels Clams The cocktails (the ones we tried) were all good! Good selection of local wines and artisanal beers. Don’t miss that place at all if you visit Sagres!

Heavenly shrimp dish and the Brie burger was delicious. The staff were as awesome as their food. Love the photography wall as well. I highly recommend this place
