★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falhas de abastecimento constantes! Dias inteiros sem água! Isto é dos serviços de abastecimento de águas mais caras do País, com é que isto é possível?!
O simples facto de às vezes não ter água e ser comum é de 3º mundo. Quando tenho de pagar uma fatura altíssima pelo serviço, é só falta de noção.
 Constant supply failures! Whole days without water! This is one of the most expensive water supply services in the country, how is this possible?!
The simple fact of sometimes not having water and being common is 3rd world. When I have to pay a huge bill for the service, it's just a lack of sense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima prestação de serviços na área de saneamento. Para cobrar os habitantes de Cascais com taxas e mais taxas e água a preço de ouro, estão na fila da frente . Mas para fazer o vosso trabalho na área de saneamento ,quando chamados,basta abrir a tampa de saneamento e mal olhar de cima, para ver que está tudo bem? Nem 5 minutos demoraram. Desconhecia que os esgotos têm luz ,ja se encontrava perto das 17,deve ser a hora de saida. Pena nao existir concorrência .
Poor provision of services in the sanitation area. To charge the inhabitants of Cascais with fees and more fees and water at a gold price, they are in the front row. But to do your work in the sanitation area, when called, just open the sanitation cover and barely look from above, to see that everything is fine? It didn't even take 5 minutes. I was unaware that the sewers have light, it was already close to 5 pm, it must be the time to leave. Too bad there is no competition.

No meu bairro falta água 1 vez por semana, mas o valor da água só aumenta, toda semana tem uma obra praticamente no mesmo lugar e nunca se resolve. Pedimos respeito pelo consumidor

I live in Trajouce and for 14 months they have caused chaos digging up the roads and making it impossible to move around. The work is very slow, disorganised and they just do NOT care about the people who live here. I think we should all stop paying our high water bills. If there was another water company this useless company would be bankrupt. It is a completely disgraceful pathetic company with extremely poor customer service and only concerned about making money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very, very difficult company to deal with... Problem is, if you live or have an office in Cascais, there is no other option... New office, all the services connected in the first 2 days, exept... Guess what we've been waiting for 2 weeks to be connected...
