★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualquer chamada telefónica acaba de forma súbita... linha de apoio para faltas de água é inexistente... estar escrito que existe ou ser dito por uma gravação de voz e no fundo não funcionar ou é igual a nada... típico serviço público, mal gerido e que usa a desculpa do covid para tudo...
Any telephone call ends suddenly... helpline for water shortages is non-existent... be written that it exists or be said by a voice recording and in the end it doesn't work or is equal to nothing... typical public service , poorly managed and using the covid excuse for everything...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma empresa pública com fraca qualidade de serviço. A rede de distribuição de água é antiga e a necessitar de substituição urgente, pois rupturas na tubagem são frequentes. A qualidade da água é má, facilmente se detecta o cheiro a cloro e partículas em suspensão. O atendimento na loja é muito mau, embora a senhora que atende seja bastante simpática, é insuficiente na maioria das vezes para dar despacho ao número de clientes. Agravado pelo facto que desde o ano passado que não fazem atendimento presencial, mesmo depois de ter terminado o confinamento.
It is a public company with poor quality of service. The water distribution network is old and in need of urgent replacement, as breaks in the piping are frequent. The quality of the water is poor, it is easy to detect the smell of chlorine and suspended particles. The service in the store is very bad, although the lady who serves is very friendly, it is insufficient most of the time to dispatch the number of customers. It is aggravated by the fact that since last year they have not done face-to-face care, even after the confinement has ended.
