No le pedimos mucho…unas bebidas y unas hamburguesas sencillas y bien de precio. Quizá debimos probar sus frituras de pescado. Pasamos un buen día y el chiringuito cumplió con su cometido. In a beautiful setting, a swim in the river ... sunbathe a bit and enjoy a drink on the terrace. What on the beach would be a typical beach bar. We don't ask for much… a few drinks and some simple and well-priced hamburgers. Maybe we should have tried their fish fry. We had a good day and the beach bar did its job.

Se for sozinho lembre-se de primeiro arranjar mesa e marcá-la pois como não há serviço de esplanada poderá ter que ficar de pé a tomar café. O atendimento poderia ser portanto melhor mas como é o único restaurante/café na zona temos que nos sujeitar ou NÃO. Eu vim embora. It is common, apparently in Alentejo, not to serve tables. If you go alone, remember to get a table and book it first, as there is no terrace service, you may have to stand and have breakfast. The service could be better, but as it is the only restaurant/cafe in the area, we have to submit or NOT. I came away.

It doesn't have a great list of menu, but you can try river fish and Migas (a tradicional dish of alentejo). The best of this bar is the view, where you can taste a great beer while staring at the beautiful view of the Tejo and the Castle of Belver
