★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience here was absolutely great! The customer service here was the best I’ve ever received. The kind man who works the desk offered to drive me to my tour and pick me up at no charge and wouldn’t accept a tip! Very friendly staff!! I would stay here again. I would also give the hotel more than 2 stars! It’s clean, although old but the pool is quite nice and big and the restaurant is cute. Great pricing.

The front desk gentleman, I think his name was Alessandro, was the sweetest, most helpful person we have met in Portugal. He answered so many questions and went out of his way to help us get where we needed to go. Above and beyond service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most hospitable welcome we've ever had... Lovely lovely people. Made our stay short stay truly memorable and we were on a really tight budget. Great pool, lovely clean rooms... Brilliantly powerful shower. The location is the best.. Near to spectacular beaches and brilliant archaeology. However, it is the people who made it such a good place.. Really fantastic.
