★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean albergue. Build around 5 years ago. Beautiful surroundings. There is a restaurant just at the other side of the street, and a nice and clean kitchen for cooking. I was here in july 2015, on my pilgrimage from Porto to Santiago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for one night on my pilgrim trip on Caminho Portugês. Thanks to Carlos for the warm welcome. The Albergue is great. You can buy some little things for cooking at the reception. There is a kitchen and a sitting room. The buliding was renovated and build new some years ago. The church stops ringing at nine :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So this place is very nice first of all. Definitely recommend it. Had a wonderful afternoon sitting outside as the sun set. Staff was wonderful. Laundry room with lots of lines to hang your clothes. Can purchase food there and beer and wine. Beds are longer and thicker than other albergues we've been to which is nice for a taller person. But it's still an albergue so 12 in a room. You're assigned a bed in order of arrival. So even numbers will get top bunks. Beds are new but rock a lot. Curfew is 9. But one of the better ones that we stayed in.

Ensure you stop at the bar outside the entrance to the church run by three young friendly Portuguese men who look after the church and the grounds. Beers are cold and you can get a something to nibble as well. E

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved the volunteer singing loudly to popsongs, so this was a great welcome! I felt really comfortable, it’s a modern and clean place. It’s absolutely worth to start walking early in the Morning because the countryside around is amazing!
