★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei lá uns óculos com lentes graduadas, tive azar com as lentes que ficaram lascadas por alguma batida ou queda ao fim de dois meses. A atitude dos empregados perante esta situação foi business as usual e fui tratado com condescendência por achar que a garantia dos óculos cobria estes casos. Há outros oculistas em Castelo Branco com atendimento mais personalizado e honesto, sinceramente, senti-me enganado.
 I bought glasses with prescription lenses there, I was unlucky with the lenses that were chipped by a knock or fall after two months. The attitude of the employees towards this situation was business as usual and I was condescendingly thought that the glasses warranty covered these cases. There are other opticians in Castelo Branco with more personalized and honest service, honestly I felt cheated.
