Falta de educação, simpatia para com os clientes e sobretudo com quem lhe paga todos os meses.
Tem a sorte de ter uma equipa por trás que é o oposto. Em particular os jovens que estão no armazem, que são 5 estrelas.

Liguei a pedir orçamento, ficou combinado por telefone eu enviar por e-mail os produtos para os quais iriam orçamentar com meu número telefone. Após 3 emails decidi desistir pois nem uma única resposta me deram. Impossível acreditar na credibilidade desta empresa. Aconselho a procurarem alternativas assim como eu tive que fazer. Não percam vosso tempo.
Very bad email service, personally I don't know. I called to ask for a quote, it was arranged by phone that I would send the products by email for which they would quote with my phone number. After 3 emails I decided to give up because not a single answer was given to me. Impossible to believe in the credibility of this company. I advise you to look for alternatives as I had to. Don't waste your time.

Deplorable service! I was looking for a hardware in a hardware store. Reply in a rude and aggressive tone from the employee: "We don't have any of that here, just wood hardware!", as if I had an obligation to know which specific items sell! There never again!
